Nuts can also be added to your vegetarian menu as they give tremendous flavor as well as a fully nutritious meal. Nuts may include cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and almonds. If you do not want to include dairy products in your full vegetarian diet, you may substitute them with soy-based products, which have the same nutritional value as that in the dairy products.
